Local care with a broad foundation.
Dr. Mancilla earned a B.S. in Physiological Science from UCLA, then his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico in 2004. He has lived and practiced in the Imperial Valley ever since.
His approach centers on careful listening and clear explanations. In July 2026 he was the cover story of Living El Centro magazine.
